So a month ago or so I walked out of the office and was dive bombed by a very angry sparrow. As I was ducking and covering I saw the nest. Looks like there were 4 little ones in the nest and 2 adults guarding it. Week before last I noticed the nest was empty but now I see 6 sparrows flying around the area by my office. Thankfully they aren't all dive bombing me this time.

So I signed off on everything and now have a 1 bedroom apartment. I don't really have furniture though. I have a dining room table... a ikea chair... computer desk and a bed. doh!

Yeah I know.. I never post anymore.. sorry!
Current things that are going on with me.
1. I'm in Indiana at the moment for my Aunt and Uncle's 50th wedding anniversary celebration. So kinda a small vacation except that i'm apparently helping my Dad install a new furnace and AC unit at my Aunt and Uncle's house. So yeah... little lame. But I did discover that down in Columbus, OH there is a White Castle. I've never been so I think I may have to check it out on the way home. There is also a Tim Horton's there as well. Might be a little overkill to try both.
2. On the long ride to Indiana today I received a call from the apartment manager of the complex I applied too. I've been approved and I go and sign everything on tuesday I think. This is the first time i'll be living on my own. Should be interesting. So some of you out there will get a email requesting help with moving stuff. Not sure what weekend i'm going to do it yet. I think i'm going to move boxes of stuff over the next couple weeks and then have people help with the heavy stuff on the 27th. Also, there will be a party at some point.
3. So far this year i've been out to LA and now here in Indiana. I still have vacation time to use and not sure how to use it. Might take a day and do a weekend trip to see a Cubs game in Chicago. Maybe go to NYC. Possibly back out to LA.
Ok.. That's about all I have going for me now. I'll attempt to post more often. Maybe.

Oh hey... another picture. If you ever get to the LA area I highly recommend you take in both the Getty Center and the Getty Villa in Malibu. Both are pretty fantastic.

I liked the Getty Villa. It wasn't horribly crowded and the people that were there were nice. I wish I had spent more time exploring but it was my last day in CA and I had a couple other places I wanted to check out.

Another day another picture. This was taken at the Tiki Bar TV Party. I was out back waiting for a little liquid courage to kick in. Not a couple minutes after this people started talking to me and I them. I'll have more pictures from that night edited and uploaded in the next day or so I hope. Just resized and upped the contrast a little bit. Original was nice but kinda blah.

1:30 am - Getty Center Lobby

Ok.. so i've messed around with Lightroom just enough to export everything to jpg from dng. Didn't do anything else to the pic, other than resize after I uploaded. I don't know how to select multiple or single photos in Lightroom 2 yet so I ended up exporting all 185 pics to jpg. ugh! I'll figure it out eventually. Anyway here's a pic for ya. More to come eventually.
